BRUFEN Granules contain ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), in a granule form. This product is designed to be mixed with water before consumption. It provides the same benefits as regular ibuprofen tablets but in a convenient powder format, which may be easier for some individuals to take, particularly if they have difficulty swallowing tablets.

The 600 mg granules are typically used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, inflammation, and fever.
