Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
2. Cuff Placement: Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring it's level with your heart and fits snugly without being too tight.
3. Measurement: Press the start button. Remain still and avoid talking during the measurement process.
4. Reading: Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with your pulse rate.
5. Recording: For consistent tracking, measure your blood pressure at the same time each day and record the readings.
