Profenal is a syrup that contains ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain such as:

How to use:
3 – 6 months (more than 5 kg): 2.5 ml 3 times daily (not to be given for more than 24 hours).
6 months – 1 year: 2.5 ml 3 to 4 times a day.
From 1 to 4 years: 5 ml 3 times a day.
4 years – 7 years: 5 ml 3 times a day.
7 years – 12 years: 10 ml 3 times a day.
It is not given to children aged 6 months and above for more than 3 days.
Not to be given to children under 3 months.

Instructions must be followed precisely, and exceeding the recommended doses should be avoided.
