Cosopt Eye Drops is a medication used to treat elevated intraocular pressure, primarily in the management of glaucoma (open-angle glaucoma). It contains two active ingredients: Timolol (0.25%), a beta-blocker that helps reduce fluid production in the eye, and Dorzolamide (2%), a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor that also reduces fluid formation. This combination works effectively to lower eye pressure.
