Delivery within Kuwait is free of charge via Healoff Pharmacy for any orders above 5 KWD and to be delivered using our authorized derivers on the same day or the next day depending on the availability of products
- Shipping outside Kuwait
Shipping outside Kuwait to all countries with Aramex or DHL takes about 5 to 10 working days, sometimes increasing or decreasing depending on the region.

In case you wish to return the order before the shipping process or the order is canceled due to the unavailability of the product, the amounts will be refunded to the same card used in the electronic payment process within one to 3 weeks from the time of cancellation of the order.
Products that are not returned and are not exchanged once received from the customer are :
- Varieties that require special storage conditions such as refrigerator medicines, nutritional supplements milk and baby food.
- Deodorants, personal and women's care products unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- Make-up and contact lenses.
- Medical corsets and accessories from varicose veins socks, slimming corsets and others.
- Products that are open, used by the customer, whose original condition has changed, or whose packaging shapes have been distorted due to poor preservation or use by the customer.
- The product is returned within the specified period of 14 days from the date of receipt and the amounts are returned to the same card used in the electronic payment process within one to three weeks of confirming the acceptance of the return, after receiving our representative and the arrival of the product to the company's headquarters and inspection.
- In case the customer has informed of a problem in the product after receiving it and it is returned to the pharmacy and it turns out after the inspection that the product is intact and there are no problems, the amount will be refunded to the customer with the deduction of the value of shipping back and forth from the customer, but in the event that a problem is proven in the product, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping with the shipping company in the event of returning the order without a convincing reason.
- After shipping the order, the shipment must be received from the shipping company and not late for receipt so as not to be returned to the source again, and in the event of a delay in receipt and the customer was contacted to receive the shipment and did not receive it and the shipment was returned back to the source and the customer requested re-delivery, the customer bears the cost of return and shipping again.
